What We Do

Cleanup and hauling for the jobs that need more than a pickup bed.

Red Dirt focuses on practical property work for homeowners, landlords, cabin owners, and country folks who need the mess handled without a bunch of runaround.

Property Cleanup

Old junk, brush piles, storm mess, rental cleanouts, and the kind of cleanup jobs that get pushed off because they are too much for one person and a pickup bed.

Hauling

Furniture, appliances, debris, old materials, brush, scrap, and trailer loads that need moved, hauled off, or cleaned up without making it a bigger headache.

Light Demolition

Old sheds, small decks, fences, playsets, damaged structures, and tear-out work that needs the right tools, trailer, and a crew that knows how to work safely.

Storm Cleanup

Downed limbs, scattered debris, brush, and property mess after Arkansas weather rolls through. We help get things back under control.

Cleanouts

Garages, outbuildings, storage spaces, inherited properties, rentals, cabins, and places that need cleared out so the owner can move forward.

Local Help

Sometimes you just need a couple local guys with a truck, trailer, tools, and common sense. That is exactly what Red Dirt was built for.

Pricing

Every property is different.

Most cleanup, hauling, and light demolition jobs need to be quoted after we know the load size, labor involved, travel distance, dump fees, and access to the property.

The easiest way to start is to send a few photos and your location. We can usually give a rough estimate quickly, then schedule a time to look at larger projects if needed.

How It Works

Simple process. No mess around.

Send the details, get a quote, pick a time, and we handle the dirty work.

1

Send Photos

Call, text, or email a few pictures of the mess and tell us where the property is located.

2

Get A Quote

We look at the load size, labor, access, mileage, and disposal needs before giving you a fair estimate.

3

Schedule The Work

Once the price makes sense, we set a time and show up ready to work.

4

We Handle It

We clean up, load up, haul off, and leave the property better than we found it.

About Red Dirt

Local brothers helping local property owners.

Red Dirt Property Services was built by two brothers who live, work, and raise family right here in rural Arkansas.

Our family has land around Amity, and most of our people are from right here around the Glenwood and Amity area. We understand the kinds of projects folks run into out here: old sheds that need to come down, brush that piles up, rental properties that need cleared out, storm mess, and hauling jobs that take more than a pickup bed.

Casey handles the jobsite side with the truck, trailers, tools, and hands-on construction knowledge. Jake handles quotes, scheduling, communication, hauling know-how, and the tech side of keeping the business running, while helping on jobs when needed.

We are not a franchise or a call center. When you reach out, you are talking with local people who know the area and care about doing the work right.

Questions

Good things to know before you call.

A few quick answers for cleanup, hauling, light demo, rural service areas, and quoting.

Do you give exact prices online?

Not usually. Cleanup, hauling, and demo jobs depend on load size, weight, labor, mileage, dump fees, and how easy the property is to access.

Can I text pictures for a quote?

Yes. Photos are the easiest way to start. Send a few pictures, your location, and a short description of what needs done.

Do you do full house demolition?

We focus on property cleanup, hauling, and light demolition. Old sheds, fences, decks, small structures, and cleanout work are a better fit than full house demolition.

Do you serve rural properties?

Yes. Red Dirt is built for rural Arkansas property work. If you are outside town, reach out and we can quote the job with mileage included.
